Crimson/Cream: Reporting data out of date due to issues with overnight processing
Resolved - Overnight processing ran as expected and the data refreshed successfully. Cream is now up to date with data as of around 1:00 AM this morning. Please reach out to us at advtech@iu.edu if you have any questions or additional issues.

Identified - The data transfer to the reporting environment last night was not completed, so Cream reports currently show data as of 8/23. Some Crimson reports may also see outdated data.

We have identified the cause of the failure and expect the data to be updated tomorrow.

Crimson (Blackbaud CRM) System Update
Completed - This maintenance has been rescheduled to next Friday, August 28, 2026. Stay tuned for an updated notification next week.

Scheduled - Crimson will be unavailable on Friday, August 21, from approximately 7:30 a.m. to noon while we apply a system update. Please plan your work accordingly and make sure any batches or gift entry in progress are committed or saved before the end of business on Thursday, August 20.

Data Processing Delays - Reporting Tools Affected
Resolved - Overnight processes ran last night. Will continue to monitor and work with Blackbaud to solve the problem.

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - Crimson processes failed again last night so data used in reporting will be a day older than normal. There is a ticket in with Blackbaud support and we are working with them to identify the problem.

Monitoring - Crimson overnight process failed last night so rest of reporting data refresh steps didn't get triggered. Have a support ticket in with Blackbaud. I will monitor tonight to make sure processes run as expected.
