The vendor is actively reporting status updates and working on resolution. Some users may notice degraded performance or inability to access certain Concur features. Our partners at EverTrue Genius have confirmed that the issue has been identified and corrected. We have confirmed that the import ran as expected last night.

We are investigating a sync delay between Evertrue and Crimson. Interactions logged over the weekend (Feb 21-22) are currently pending import. We are working with Evertrue support to resolve this and will update you shortly.

Some users are experiencing difficulties when attempting to authenticate with Two-Step Login (Duo) (Hosted/Cloud Service). Administrators are investigating.
This also affects the ability to authenticate to connect to the VPN.
